Our gastronomic proposal is meant to be rooted in the land, simple yet complex, but above all, wonderful—because nothing fills the soul quite like homemade cooking.
The Camprodon Valley, where nature becomes lush and abundant, offers top-quality local products. Beef, lamb, and mountain foal are emblematic, as well as game meats.
At La Coma, you will enjoy emblematic dishes of Catalan and mountain cuisine such as Veal with mushrooms, Oven-roasted Shoulder of Lamb, or Trinxat with Molló potatoes. Also, cannelloni and gratinated macaroni. Dishes that, ultimately, are part of the Catalan culinary repertoire.
